At Limitless Contracting LLC, all checkout transactions are processed securely through Shopify.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the payment methods displayed securely at checkout, which include major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
2. Payment Authorization and Capture
To ensure product availability and logistical accuracy before your funds are processed, we utilize a manual payment capture model:
- Checkout Authorization: When you place an order, a temporary authorization hold is placed on your payment method for the exact total displayed at checkout.
- Order Review: Our team manually reviews the order to confirm supplier allocation, commercial fitment requirements, freight routing, and estimated dispatch timing.
- Payment Capture: Payment is captured only after these fulfillment details are successfully confirmed and the items are approved for warehouse release.
3. Supplier and Lead-Time Confirmation
Certain heavy-duty diesel and industrial components require direct supplier allocation or lead-time confirmation. If extended lead times apply, our team will contact you directly before capturing payment or releasing the shipment to ensure the timeline meets your operational needs.
4. Transparent Pricing
The product price and checkout total displayed at the time of your order represent the final authorized transaction amount. We do not add hidden fees, post-checkout handling markups, or increase the price of your authorized order after checkout.
5. Canceled or Unavailable Orders
If an order cannot be successfully allocated or fulfilled within an acceptable timeframe, we will cancel the order and release the authorization hold. Please note that your bank or card issuer controls the exact timeline for how long a pending authorization hold remains visible on your statement.
