OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY & WARRANTY PROTECTION

At Limitless Contracting LLC, we stand behind the heavy-duty products we supply. Every component we distribute is backed by a structured warranty program designed to protect your investment and support reliable performance in demanding commercial applications.

We understand that in heavy-duty operations, downtime is costly and structural reliability is critical. That’s why we provide defined claim procedures, clear warranty periods, and completely transparent terms—so you know exactly where you stand. Our warranty frameworks reflect our confidence in the quality of the products we distribute and our long-term commitment to customer partnerships.

This Limited Warranty Policy (“Warranty”) governs warranty coverage for products sold by Limitless Contracting LLC (“Limitless”). By purchasing, installing, or accepting delivery of products supplied by Limitless, the customer agrees to the terms set forth herein. This Warranty Policy is an integrated part of the overall transaction and must be read in conjunction with Limitless’ corporate Terms & Conditions of Sale.

1. GENERAL WARRANTY STATEMENT

Limitless warrants that all new and/or remanufactured products supplied by Limitless shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and recommended service, subject to the limitations, timeframes, and exclusions contained in this Warranty.

• Original Purchaser Protection: Warranty coverage applies strictly to the original purchaser and is completely non-transferable unless expressly approved in writing by an authorized manager of Limitless.
• Manufacturer Alignment: Warranty coverage parameters are strictly structured to match or reflect the original manufacturer’s operating warranty criteria.

2. COVERAGE PERIODS BY COMPONENT CATEGORY

Warranty coverage officially begins on the verified date of mechanical installation and is subject to the strict category limits and maximum coverage caps outlined below:

A. Interstate McBEE® Diesel Engine Parts

• New Engine Components: 24 months from the verified date of installation.
• Cylinder Heads & Valve Train Components: 12 months from the verified date of installation.
• Fuel Injector Assemblies: 12 months from the verified date of installation.

B. Interstate McBEE® Natural Gas / Methane Engines & Prime Power Generation Parts

• New Engine Components: 24 months from the verified date of installation.
• Valve Train Components: 12 months from the verified date of installation.
• Fuel Injector Assemblies: 12 months from the verified date of installation.

C. Absolute Maximum Coverage Limitation Cap

• Under no circumstances shall warranty coverage extend beyond thirty-six (36) months from the original Limitless invoice date, regardless of the physical installation date or vehicle downtime.

3. THIRD-PARTY & RESOLD COMPONENTS

For specialized heavy-duty components manufactured by independent third parties and resold or drop-shipped by Limitless:

• Warranty coverage is strictly limited to the passing through of the original manufacturer’s structural warranty.
• All claim evaluation procedures, engineering standards, testing timelines, and reimbursement choices of the original manufacturer shall completely govern the file.
• The customer retains sole responsibility for arranging and paying for the secure shipment of suspect components directly to the manufacturer's testing facility.
• Evaluation Timelines: Manufacturer engineering evaluations typically range from two (2) to eight (8) weeks to complete diagnostic teardowns. Immediate replacement parts may be purchased at checkout to minimize vehicle downtime, and credit adjustments will follow only upon formal, written claim approval from the manufacturer.

4. SCOPE OF COVERAGE & REIMBURSEMENT LIMITS

If a component is determined by Limitless or the original manufacturer, in its sole discretion, to possess a warrantable defect:

• The defective component will be repaired, replaced with an equivalent part, or credited at our discretion.
• Progressive damage directly and solely resulting from the verified failure of the covered part may be considered for coverage adjustments if reported immediately.
• Labor Reimbursement Limits: Commercial labor reimbursement is strictly limited to a maximum rate of $50.00 per hour, based explicitly on recognized OEM flat-rate manual time frameworks. Fluids and filters required to execute a warrantable repair may be considered for reimbursement only if pre-approved in writing by Limitless management.

5. FUEL INJECTION SYSTEMS SPECIFICS

Fuel injector assemblies and associated high-pressure fuel injection system components are covered for a maximum of twelve (12) months from the verified date of installation.

• Absolute Cap: No warranty coverage of any kind shall apply to fuel injection components beyond twenty-four (24) months from the original Limitless sales invoice date.
• Exclusions: Progressive damage, secondary commercial losses, and installation labor associated with fuel injection failures stemming from contaminated fuel or poor filtration are expressly excluded from coverage unless otherwise approved in writing.

6. CONDITIONS THAT VOID WARRANTY COVERAGE

Warranty coverage shall be rendered immediately void if mechanical failure results from:

• Abuse, operational misuse, neglect, or operating equipment outside defined parameters.
• Improper mechanical installation or failure to follow precise OEM technical installation procedures.
• Lack of documented routine maintenance per original manufacturer guidelines.
• Engine over-speeding, electronic over-fueling, tuning, or cylinder detonation.
• Insufficient internal lubrication or cooling system deficiencies.
• The utilization of altered, modified, or unapproved performance components.
• Unauthorized field repairs, component tampering, or diagnostic masking.

Note: Limitless Contracting LLC reserves the right to formally request certified maintenance records, installation shop documentation, and supporting electronic diagnostic data prior to reviewing any active claim file.

7. MANDATORY WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

To properly initiate a product warranty review, the purchasing account must strictly complete the following workflow:

1. Submit a completed Warranty Claim Request Form directly to our compliance desk at info@limitless-llc.us.
2. Arrange for the secure return shipment of the failed component back to our designated center within thirty (30) days of the initial mechanical failure event.
3. Include copies of the original Limitless purchase invoice alongside the packing list identifying the claimed part.
4. Clearly display your assigned Warranty Claim or RMA number on the exterior of the shipping container.
5. For electronically controlled commercial engines, you must supply a complete, unedited ECM data report.

WARNING: Automated core return shipping labels must never be used to send back suspect warranty components. Utilizing a core return label for a warranty claim will result in the immediate automated denial of the claim file.

8. COMPREHENSIVE EXCLUSIONS

This Limited Warranty strictly excludes coverage for secondary, incidental, or operational expenses, including:

• Towing fees, vehicle transportation costs, rental equipment fees, or commercial downtime expenses.
• Loss of business profits, corporate revenue drops, or operational business interruption.
• Consequential, incidental, special, or indirect punitive damages.
• Installation or diagnostic labor exceeding approved flat-rate guide hours or exceeding the $50.00/hour cap.
• Mechanical products supplied under a prior, no-charge warranty replacement arrangement.

9. LIMITATION OF REMEDIES

The remedies set forth within this document represent the sole and exclusive remedies available to the purchasing customer. Limitless’ total financial liability under this Warranty framework shall under no circumstances exceed the original invoice purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

This written Warranty is exclusive and stands in lieu of all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory—including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular application. No employee, field representative, logistics agent, or reseller possesses the authorization to modify, extend, or structurally adjust this Warranty program in any manner.
