We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase from Limitless Contracting LLC. If you need to return a diesel component or engine part, please review our transparent guidelines below.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY TIMEFRAME
Eligible items may be returned within thirty (30) days from the invoice date. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for an approved return and refund, items must:
- Be entirely unused, uninstalled, and in clean, resalable condition.
- Be in the original, unaltered manufacturer packaging.
- Include all original components, hardware, and document packets.
- Non-Returnable Items: Gaskets, seals, electrical components, opened kits, manuals, special-order custom builds, or any closeout final-sale items under $35 are not eligible for return.
3. BREAKDOWN OF SHIPPING COSTS & FEES
Scenario A: Return Due to Our Error (Damaged in Transit, Missing Components, or Wrong Part Shipped)
- Original Shipping Cost: If you paid for original shipping, it will be 100% refunded to you.
- Return Shipping Cost: Limitless Contracting LLC will cover 100% of the return freight/postage. We will email you a prepaid trackable shipping label.
- Restocking Fee: Waived. You will receive a 100% full refund.
Scenario B: Return Due to Customer Choice (Changed Mind, Ordered Wrong Part, or No Longer Needed)
- Original Shipping Cost: Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable. If your order qualified for a "free shipping" promotion, the actual outbound shipping cost incurred by us to send the item to you will be deducted from your final refund.
- Return Shipping Cost: The customer is solely responsible for arranging, tracking, and paying all return shipping costs to send the item back to our designated fulfillment center.
- Restocking Fee: Approved returns under this scenario are subject to a flat 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund balance.
4. RETURN AUTHORIZATION PROCESS (RMA REQUIRED)
All returns must be authorized prior to shipment.
- Submit your request using our official RMA Form.
- Our support team will review and respond with an RMA approval status within 1–2 business days.
- If approved, you will receive an RMA number and the exact return warehouse address. Do not ship packages without an RMA number clearly marked on the exterior box packaging, as unauthorized packages will be refused.
5. INSPECTION AND REFUND PROCESSING
All returned heavy-duty parts undergo a physical quality control check upon receipt at our warehouse. Once verified to be in clean, uninstalled condition, your net refund (minus applicable non-refundable original shipping costs and the 15% restocking fee) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Limitless Contracting LLC supplies premium aftermarket replacement engine parts. We do not reimburse or cover: installation costs, mechanic labor charges, vehicle downtime, towing fees, rental equipment, or secondary incidental expenses. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.
