We make every effort to ensure that our product details, pricing, and shipping information are accurate and up to date. However, occasional technical changes or supplier updates may require adjustments. If any correction impacts an open order, we will promptly contact you to discuss available options or process a refund where appropriate.
We are committed to efficient shipping, clear return procedures, and fair, timely refund handling. Our objective is to ensure every transaction is handled in a straightforward, predictable, and professional manner from beginning to end.
1. ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
To ensure transparency, all domestic orders are processed and delivered within the standard timeframes outlined below:
- Daily Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (EST) Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the next consecutive business day.
- Order Handling Time: Orders for in-stock items are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Shipping Transit Time: Once handed to the carrier, domestic shipping transit takes 1 to 5 business days depending on your delivery zone and the carrier method selected at checkout.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 8 business days total from payment confirmation to arrival at your destination.
- Extended Lead Times: Special-order items, remanufactured parts, or direct vendor shipments require additional preparation. These extended lead times will be explicitly displayed on the respective product page, or communicated via email within 24 hours of purchase.
2. SHIPPING COSTS & FREIGHT DISCLOSURES
All standard shipping fees are calculated transparently and displayed before you complete your purchase.
- Standard Shipping Transparency: Real-time shipping costs for standard items are dynamically calculated at checkout based on live carrier rates, package dimensions, and your destination zip code via our interactive shipping calculator.
- Heavy Duty & LTL Freight Shipments: Because we supply heavy-duty commercial diesel components, certain oversized or overweight items must ship via LTL Freight instead of standard parcel ground.
- Carrier Accessorial Fees (Liftgate & Residential Delivery): Shopify's standard checkout billing system cannot automatically detect if a delivery address requires commercial freight accessorial services. The customer is responsible for accurately identifying their delivery capabilities at the time of order.
- Freight Requirements: If your delivery location is a residential address or does not have a commercial loading dock/forklift, a Residential Surcharge and/or Liftgate Service will be required by the freight carrier to complete delivery.
- Protection of Logistics Costs: By completing your purchase, you agree that any secondary accessorial charges billed directly by the freight carrier due to an inaccurate address classification (e.g., a residential address mistakenly entered as commercial) or an un-noted liftgate requirement are the sole contractual responsibility of the customer. To avoid delivery delays or unexpected carrier adjustments, please contact our support team at info@limitless-llc.us prior to dispatch to finalize specialized freight arrangements.
3. SHIPPING METHODS & DISPATCH LOGISTICS
We utilize a specialized network of reputable carriers to ensure safe transport of heavy automotive components, including: UPS, FedEx, DHL, and specialized LTL Freight Carriers.
- Split Shipments: Orders containing items sourced from multiple regional warehouses may arrive in separate packages to expedite overall delivery. There is no additional cost to the customer for split shipments.
- Tracking Numbers: A trackable shipping confirmation number will be sent to your registered email address automatically within 24 hours of warehouse dispatch.
4. RISK OF LOSS, TITLE, AND FOB ORIGIN TERMS
Unless otherwise specified in writing, all commercial logistics are executed under FOB Origin terms. Title to the goods and the physical risk of loss officially transfer to the customer upon safe delivery of the shipment to the carrier. Once a shipment is accepted by the carrier, primary liability for shipping delays, transit damage, or logistical loss rests with the carrier. However, our dedicated customer support team is fully available to assist you in resolving carrier disputes.
5. DAMAGE, SHORTAGE, AND FREIGHT CLAIMS
Upon delivery, please thoroughly inspect your packages immediately before signing or accepting the shipment.
- Visible External Damage: Must be explicitly noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt or bill of lading prior to signing.
- Concealed Internal Damage: Must be reported in writing to info@limitless-llc.us within five (5) calendar days of delivery.
- Claim Documentation: To file an insurance claim for transit damages, please provide our team with your order number, a brief description, and clear photographs of the exterior packaging, inner packing materials, shipping label, and the damaged product. Please retain all packaging materials until the claim is fully resolved.
6. ADDRESS ACCURACY & UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. If a shipment is officially refused, abandoned, or deemed completely undeliverable by the carrier due to inaccurate customer info, the transaction will be treated as a standard return. The customer will be responsible for the round-trip freight charges and our standard 15% restocking fee.
7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS DUTIES
Unless explicitly quoted and processed as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), all international shipments are exported under Delivered at Place (DAP/DDU) terms. The customer is listed as the official importer of record and is solely responsible for local import duties, sales taxes, customs clearance brokerage fees, and regulatory import compliance inside the destination country.
8. FORCE MAJEURE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Limitless Contracting LLC shall not be held liable for shipping delays or delivery failures resulting from events completely beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather events, labor disputes, customs border delays, or government restrictions. Under no circumstances shall Limitless be liable for secondary incidental, consequential, or special damages (such as mechanic labor charges, vehicle downtime, or lost profits) resulting from carrier transit delays.
